Sudden dull mild aches in my testicles than come and go.(have a cyst on left test) its been going on for 3 days but isnt continuos pain, and it gets aggravated while walking. its pretty mild, but im scared its torsion. doesnt ache when sitting?

Torsion is severe unremitting pain so I would suggest that is not a cause of your discomfort. If it persists see your doctor as you could have an infection. Good Luck
