Home pregnancy tests are very accurate and not affected by foods, herbs, anxiety, common illnesses, sexually transmitted diseases, or medications. Correctly doing ONE urine test is reliable 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have happened) or one week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon.

Pregnancy tests are highly reliable. If you have done a few tests then you can stop and rest assured that you are not pregnant. Consider scheduling a visit with an Obgyn. We can discuss menstrual cycle irregularity and options on how to fix it.
