Yes : Yes and yes. If your internal stress levels are high enough it can impact when you menstruate. A condom is good protection, but is not a 100% guarantee. You might wish to wait about a week out from the last pregnancy test to repeat it (if your period has not started by then).

test in 4-5 days: Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD. It sounds like you were on birth control at the time of intercourse, and it was protected. It is highly unlikely that you are pregnant.
