I am guessing that you poked your eye with a pen tip - hopefully the lid and not the eye. If it is the eye, the key questions to ask are is the vision unchanged, has the eye become painful and red and is the hit just an abrasion which is superficial rather than penetrating. If these are all minimal, then wait it out but if any are positive a visit with an ophthalmologist is needed.
