See ophthalmologist: Your question implies that you put contact lenses into your eyes after they were sitting on a shelf for over a year. Apparently you did not clean them before insertion. This sounds like if you are lucky some toxic fluid but more likely an infection that you have started in both eyes. You should see your ophthalmologist as soon as possible but right away go to an emergency room .
