Hotel sheets had dried blood spots on them (2 total). i noticed after i had them over my face / touched my lips and inside of my nose. not sure if the dried blood spots touched lips/inside nose. am i at risk of infections?

No risk for blood transmitted infections, HIV or hepatitis, would have bedding replaced, letting manager know. Ironic that it happens during/following a pandemic and when all hotels are claiming their cleaning procedures are better than ever.
