Need to be seen by: You need to be seen again by your physician even if blood test ok to check simple thing like blood pressure. Otherwise, this could be related to neck/cervical spine problem as it has typical presentation. If better reclined or with some over the counter medication like ibuprofen/naproxen if not allergic to Aspirin or on blood thinners & no ulcer problem. Then spine issue & can get checked on this.
