It is nothing to be worried about. Sometimes bacterial growth around the teeth can produce such a smell. Pay attention to your oral hygiene. The other explanation is olfactory hallucination, as can happen with visual hallucination. Even if it is olfactory hallucination, it not an issue to be concerned about. Wish you good health!
