Ive been on antibiotics for 2 weeks. had a ct scan on sinuses today. severe pain on right cheek area but was clear. only pressure on left sd & its blocked w/pus. why does my right hurt so bad but not left? why doesnt right show anything?

Sinus pain usually but not always localizes to the infected area. Occasionally “radiates” to a distant site (back of head, ear, other side of face, etc). If it continues check back with your doctor
