Hada fall on the knees but the knees were ok pretty soon a week ago. inoticed a brown spot behind my left knee. no pain. like when you get a bump. i was touching and felt a little lump under the brown spot. am getting nervous about the spot, wonde?

if the brown spot and lump are since the fall it probably represents a small bruise or hematoma that occurred as a result of the fall. They should slowly resolve on their own with no treatment. If they don’t or they get larger a visit to your PCP is in order.
