I was diagnosed with stage 2 cancer last year, had mastectomy and currently on hormone therapy. just had one year post-op ct scan and it showed 4mm subpleural nodule in both lungs. my oncologist says not to worry but should i?

You should listen to your concologist who has seen the CT. I have not.
