You are likely to have polyps in your sinus and it would be prudent to see an ENT doctor to address this issue. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!

An otolaryngologist should now get involved as the polyp is indicative of risk in the future within the sinuses. Discuss management with the doctor who ordered the studies.
