Monitor: It could be a small polyp, or a piece of sloughing dead skin. If it is not painful, you can keep an eye on it and if you notice it getting bigger or causing any problems can see an ENT doctor to remove it. Nasal sprays will take care mostly of nasal polyps, so unlikely to help the one in the back of your throat. Continue to monitor for now.
