It is not feasible to provide a meaningful answer without examining you. It is likely wax in your ear. Put some vegetable oil in your ear to soften the wax and it may come out. Do not put Q tips in your ear. If that does not help, talk to your drug store for a kit to wash out your ear. Failing all that, see a doctor. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
