All of these are signs that the sympathetic nervous system has been activated by some type of threat or stressor. Best advice is to talk about what occurred with a therapist or PCP; download some Progressive Relaxation media from You Tube, and practice it for a month every day. Stress can have long term consequences, and the loss of sleep alone can have health consequences; do not ignore.
