I have an anxiety disorder and something has been worrying me. hopefully i can relieve my stress if someone can answer the question. im wondering if its common for teens to have heart transplants since im scared of having high blood pressure.

You have anxiety: Follow a healthy diet, avoid alcohol, caffeine, and drugs. Exercise is very helpful. Please see your mental health specialist regularly, you can work through it. It can get better and even go away as you get older. There are a lot of hormones circulating in your body since you hit puberty. If it helps, go get that blood pressure monitor and prove to yourself that your blood pressure is just fine.
