You misunderstand. Increased growth in warm, moist places applies to almost all the billions of bacteria on human skin, in our intestines, etc -- but only a very few are sexually transmitted. These evolved to require sex itself -- not just warmth and moisture -- for transmission. Sex itself never causes STD; you must first catch a sexually transmitted bacteria or virus.
