Ive started taking zoloft 50 mg and gabapentin 600mg as needed, im trying to quit drinking but yesterday i went on a binge and its been a bad hangover to say the least (10-12 beers) its been 18 hours should i be okay from any serious reaction?

You are and are not. The fact that you continue binge drinking in spite of attempted treatment will definitely result in damage to liver and brain to name only few critical organs. Your treating physician should be aware so that your care can be escalated.

Contact your local AA and attend meetings. You have an alcohol problem and need help. It will work for you

Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it. It will destroy your brain cells, damage testicular cells that make testosterone, facilitate development of cancer in many organs, cause hepatitis, cirrhosis and pancreatitis etc. There is no safe level of alcohol intake. Quit while you are ahead.
