I am having extreme itching inside my ear and down into my neck bilaterally. i also have hard knots that pop up below earlobe and side of jaw that itch like mad. this has been going on for months and the knots are about the size a half dollar coin?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described suggests fungal infection. It would be prudent to see a doctor. preferably an ENT doctor. Wish you good health!
