Took pep at 40 hours after msm encounter. completed 28 day pep and tested negative with rna test and western blot test at 5 weeks- off pep for 5 days at time of test. retested western blot at week 8 and was negative again. is this conclusive?

If you are concerned about HIV infection, you should get a HIV nucleic acid test at 6 months after exposure. You should consult your doctor about getting tested for other STDs. Get HPV and Hep A and Hep B vaccines. Wish you good health!
