I found out that i have hiv and when doing the western blood i found that the percentage 234 copies/ml would my wife get infected? i don't know if the percentage is low or it will put her at risk?

Low risk, not zero: That's a low virus number; at this level your wife probably is at low risk. But not zero risk. Also, your viral load may have been higher before now. She MUST be informed of your infection and tested for HIV. Once you are on treatment with suppression of your viral load to undetectable levels, you will not be infectious. Until then, you must assume you could have infected her. Good luck.
