I finished 7 day course of augmentin for ear infection. ear feels ok, lymph node has gone down, but i feel off and my throat is a little sore. could it have been viral? why do i still feel off?

It certainly could have been viral. As long as the ear cleared up and you overall feel better give it some more time to completely resolve.
