No to limited connection between playing futsal, having diarrhea and testing for HIV. Playing futsal has nothing to do with any of them and while diarrhea is sometimes seen in opportunistic bowel infections that affect HIV positive individuals, your negative test seems to be reassuring. In case your symptoms persist stool studies may be needed, best through your main doc.
