If your testicle is rotating but not causing pain, the blood supply to the testicle is not being interrupted. The danger however, is if the rotationbecomes more extreme and cuts off the blood supply to the testicle. It may be necessary to see a urologist to make sure a procedure to keep the testicle from rotating is not necessary.
