Go get checked out, could be a sign of small hernias. You may also consider consulting with a trainer or physical therapist for some exercises that may put a little less strain on the lower back and SS much pressure on the abdomen.

Stop for a few days and if the discomfort stops the it is from your sit ups and you may need to modify how you do them. Also wear a support like a jockey short pulled up.
