Muscle issues..: It sounds like you might have some muscle and possible nerve irritation in that area. If you suffered an injury, pushed,pulled, did heavy lifting this is most likely the consequence. Sometimes just by sleeping in the wrong position you may have this issue. Icing and anti-inflammatory meds can help. If persists or worse make sure you get checked ASAP esp. if not better or chest pain as well.
