If wbc count is 6.47 and lymphocytes are 1.08 does that mean the immune system is normal?

While the counts appear roughly normal, there is much more to the immune system, specifically affecting function of the above cells among others. Normal counts do not guarantee normal immune function.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your blood cell counts are normal, however, there is more to a normal immune system. It would have helped had you provided your symptoms. Wish you good health!
