Normal: It means normal. Those numbers are percentages from the total wbc. No need to worry. If you still worry- you should discuss that with the doctor who ordered the test.

Not much: The absolute numbers are more interesting than the percentages, but on a normal total WBC percentages of 48 neuts and 42 llymphs completely unremakable.
