Possible help: Tamsulin treats problems with urination caused by an enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia or bph). This medicine is an alpha-blocker.This does not treat infection. I personally have had several episodes of prostatitis both bacterial and nonbacterial. My treatment was levoquin , one tablet a day for ten days to two weeks, with resolution of the problem.Ask your doctor if this can be taken.
