Lactobacillus produc: Lactobacillus products, but the diarrhea could be more serious, as clostridium difficile, that requires a specific antibiotic to treat. Talk to your doctor, have your stool tested.

See below: Any probiotic capsules that have over 30 million cfu per capsule should decrease the incidence of antibiotic associated diarrhea and c. Difficile colitis. I recommend vsl#3 which has over 100 million cfu of probiotic bacteria per capsule. (ps stop having unprotected sex unless you are monogamous and she wants to get pregnant and stop smoking if you want to be healthy.).
