.: If you have breast milk and you have never been pregnant and are trying for long, contact an ob. It might've because of excess prolactin in your body.

Yes: Milk production can occur when you are not pregnant. This usually happens to women who have been pregnant at sometime in the past. You should have it evaluated if you are not certain it is milk, it is bloody or if it is just on once side, or it is persistent. There are many causes of this, among them are certain medications, intimate activity and certain hormonal issues. Best wishes!
