I have stomach upset, pain above the stomach sort of almost under the ribs, and a lot of pain up into my side ribs and left shoulder blade. it didn't come on suddenly, it sort of crept up overnight until it woke me up. it's a few times a year + now?

Such complaints are common but can represent a potentially life threating condition such as a cardiac condition or heart ischemia from a lack of blood supply.
