What is the concern?: If your concern is pregnancy -use a home pregnancy test to evaluate. These tests can indicate pregnancy as soon as the 1st day of a missed period, but are most accurate if you use them about 1 week after the expected period. If this is not your concern , and you do not improve quickly in how you feel overall see your MD to evaluate your situation.
