I feel that a diagnosis is important so that appropriate treatment can be obtained. A simple tendinitis may be present, but I think your orthopedic surgeon should be the best one to examine, advise and treat you in view of your past shoulder replacement. Physical therapy may be part if your treatment and he/she would be best to direct that also.

Unclear. The protocols for orthopedic replacement surgeries are well defined and you should follow up with the surgeon who performed the surgery to see if this is a normal or not normal complaint at this point in your recovery. The surgeon will also know if your surgery was somehow more complex which might mean a longer expected recovery.
