It depends on the details-what cardiac arrhythmia do you have? Some are benign, others more serious. What valve is insufficient and what is the severity of the insufficiency? And, with one kidney, some meds need to be avoided, some need dose adjustment and others are fine to take. Hopefully, you can see a heart doctor for evaluation and treatment. Best of luck to you!
