Palpitations: The most common symptom is palpitation. There is a broad range of symptoms after that. Arrhythmia can be asymptomatic on one end of the spectrum and then cause sudden death on the other end. Other potential symptoms include lightheadedness, shortness of breath, chest pain, fatigue or weakness and fainting.

None, one or many: Palpitations, lightheadedness, shortness of breath, fatigue, passing out or nearly passing out and chest pain are some of the common symptoms. You may have one or more of these symptoms or none at all.
