Inverted nipples are not so uncommon. They are not dangerous (unless it’s a new finding) but when they cannot come out, they’ll give trouble for breastfeeding.The technique of pulling the nipple out and massaging it on the sides with the thumbs is helpful for the one that can be pulled easily. For the other one, a small surgery can be performed. Talk to a General surgeon.

If this is new, and it was not inverted before, you need to get seen as soon as possible to find out why, an infection, cancer are all posible causes. If it has always been this way, then it may be normal for you. It is still worth seeing your PCP to get checked, but you don't need to see that doc urgently. Do get seen though and your doc will evaluate and also be made aware that you have this
