My whole body is out of alignment, what should i do?

Exercise. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water.

You would likely benefit from stabilization. Might be helpful to have an osteopath evaluate your alignment issues, and see if OMT might be appropriate. Exercise programs may help a lot, such as walking, swimming, Tai Chi, Yoga, stretching, even light weights. A personal trainer may be useful.
