Lifestyle or surgery: In order to become slim, change your lifestyle or undergo surgery. Change your eating habits for the better. Engage in regular physical activity, at least moderate intensity for 30 minutes most days of the week. As you develop more muscle, you'll burn off more calories. But make sure your nutrition is healthy & actually good for you. Avoid junk foods or those high in calories but w/o nutrients.
