Have you met with your primary care doctor to see if there are medical reasons for your depression? In therapy, work trigger your suicidal thoughts. Consider meds if there's a need. Find a psychotherapist where you can create a crisis plan for when symptoms return. Call your local medical emergency services if feelings of suicidality are hard to control.

There are effective treatments for depression and you should see a doctor at your earliest. In the meantime, start exercising. Begin with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity so that you sweat profusely. It may take a few months for the full effect. Wish you good health!
