What does a tsh reading of 0.13 mean for my thyroid?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your level is lower than normal and you should consult an endocrinologist. For info: https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diagnostics/17556-thyroid-blood-tests

TSH of .13 can mean different things in different settings: Certain medications , including thyroid , amiodorone , steroids, Bioten CT scan contrast can affect thyroid function and thyroid tests. Blood work needs to be interpreted in context including patient's symptoms and physical exam (is their a thyroid nodule? does the patient have Grave's eye disease, tachycardia, tremors, etc.)
