Is there anything i should do to prep for a scope down my nose into throat to check to polyps? very nervous. how long is the procedure? does it hurt?

It should not hurt : No reason to be nervous.The doctor would be gentle.He will likely use spray to numb the nose and you may not even feel anything.But the most important thing is to trust your docotr and believe that he/she knows what to do and how to do it right..If it was difficult to have it done, no patient would go thru it!
