I have been diagnosed with nasal polyps. the past few months, when i wake up in the morning and i clear my throat, my post nasal drip is sometimes dark brown. today i woke up and it was bright red blood. should i be concerned?

You should speak with your ENT doctor about this. Coughing up Blood is not normal.
