My absolute lymph is 3.3 x 10e3/ul. normal range is listed as 0.7 - 3.1. wbc is 7.0 and lymph is 47%. should i be concerned?

Not generally. We generally never look at any isolated lab test as worthy of comment. The patients history or at least the reason for the test are important to any interpretation. That said. I would not worry about this.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results are not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!

Isolated borderline abnormal labs can create health related anxiety and cannot unfortunately be clarified without clinical context and dynamics. Your treating doc remains your best reference, such lab values are commonly seen in practice and interpreted as having no correlation with recognizable pathology.
