Yes, if you want to bother. The standard post wild covid antibody test will be negative for those receiving any of the present vaccines. Since the studies show near 100% prevention of severe disease and 95% success at preventing illness (Maderna/Pfizer), I wouldn't bother.

Hello, I am on methotrexate and Humira and had my first covid shot on April. 24th. I had a covid antibody test done a few days ago and the results of my SARS-COV-2 spike protein is 3.84U/ml. Is that low?
