If it is a small skin tag off the labia there is no need to do anything with it. It may be best to have your gynecologist look at it to determine what it is. It can be caused by irritation. Other differential may be a small polyp or wart.

Could be many things, but sounds as though it may be a skin tag (just like you might get anywhere on your body. To know exactly what this would be would require an exam by a physician, or nurse practitioner.
