Yes: Stitches at the time right after it happened would have prevented this, but there's no going back in time now. And yes, a gynecologist can repair it for you by giving you local anesthesia (numbing it), recutting the edges and then stitching it back together so that it will heal properly.

No problem: If the skin has already healed and it is only a cosmetic issue, then a simple repair can be performed. If it is not bothering you then no repair is needed.
