Contact dermatitis: Thanks for the picture! Based on the shape, it looks like an allergic reaction to something that was in contact with your skin, i.e. contact dermatitis. The treatment usually involves avoiding the substance that caused the reaction in the first place and a steroid cream to get rid of the rash. However, I strongly encourage you to see a dermatologist for an exact definitive diagnosis ASAP.
