Anhedonia is the inability to feel pleasure. It's a common symptom of depression as well as other mental health disorders. It may also be associated with increased behaviors that are destructive or unhealthy such as drug use, eating too much junk food, smoking etc. Please seek help from a licensed therapist who can work with you on this. Medications may be helpful.

Who labeled you with anhedonia? Does the label make sense when you can enjoy some things and not others? Traditional medicine likes labels so they can bill insurance. Go to A4M.com to find a functional medicine doc in your area who can measure neurotransmitters and other biochemistry to find your root cause and help you fix your inability to enjoy some things. Lose the label and start living life!
