Unlikely...: Anhedonia is likely a symptom of underlying depression. See a psychiatrist or a behavioral health specialist for diagnosis and treatment. Many have been able to overcome depression, anhedonia, and other problems through counseling and medications if necessary. It also helps to think positively. Instead of asking, "Could it have destroyed my ability to feel pleasure forever?" state it positively!
